You can send these details via the use of Personal message on the forum..
These details can be found by clicking on the relevant username.

@any members who haven't specified a Membership Number upon registering...

A membership number is required for full access to the forum to be allowed.
If anyone knows their Membership Number but is unsure how to update their profile.

Goto your User Control Panel
Select the Profile Tab, and the information can be entered on the bottom of that page
